To purchase a wireless phone from a2zwireless.com, you can:
1. click on the "Phones" tab at the top of
the page. OR
2. click on the Phone menu on the Orange
left-hand side of the Home page.

By Manufacturer. OR

By Type. (i.e. Flip, Bluetooth, Slider, etc.)
Once you have found the phone you would like to purchase, you will have five (5)
options:

Phone with NEW Fido activation (36 month agreement)
Choose this option if you want to sign up for a NEW Fido activation with a 36
month agreement.

Phone with NEW Fido activation (24 month agreement)
Choose this option if you want to sign up for a NEW Fido activation with a 24
month agreement.

Phone with NEW Fido activation (without Agreement)
Choose this option if you want to sign up for a NEW Fido plan with a month to
month agreement. (3 month minimum required)

Phone with NEW Fido activation (Prepaid)
Choose this option if want to sign up for a NEW Fido activation with "Pay as
you go".

Phone only (without activation) Choose this option if you want to
purchase a phone without activation.
Click the radio button that suits your needs and click "Add to cart".
Depending on your choice, you will be directed to the "Choose a plan" ( for the
first 4 choices) or "Compatible accessories" (for the last choice) page and
from there to the "checkout".
Please note that you will be required to register to complete the checkout
process.

Yes! Here at a2zwireless.com, we want to make shopping with us as easy as
possible. While we encourage our customers to purchase a phone with a Fido
Rate-plan in order to get the phone for a cheaper price, you are free to order
whatever you want, however you want. Once on the phone expansion page, just
select the "Phone only" option and then on the "Compatible accessories" page
click "Proceed without accessories".

To purchase an accessory, you can:

Click on the "Accessory" header on the Home Page and then
choose the "Phone Brand" and the "Phone Model" to find the compatible
accessories for that particular phone model. OR

Click on the Accessory type on the lower left corner of the
homepage. OR

Choose your phone model and the on the phone expansion page,
click on "Compatible Accessories" and you will be taken to a list of all
accessories that we sell for your wireless phone.
All accessories are grouped under intelligent headers, choose
the accessories that you want for your phone and click "Add to Cart".

To purchase a Fido Rate-plan, first select the phone you would like. The Fido
branded phones are listed on the Home Page under "Free Fido Phones" and "Fido
Phones". You can also choose one of the latest and greatest unlocked GSM phones

is the only e-tailer in Canada that gives you instant rebates for unlocked GSM
phones purchased with a Fido rate plan. Once you have selected the phone you
want, you will have the option of purchasing that phone with:

Once you select the plan term, click "Add to cart" and you will be brought to
the Fido Rate-plan page where you will be given information about each rate
plan. After selecting the Rate-plan, you will be given a list of extra features
you can add on to your Fido service. Once you have selected the rate-plan and
value added options, click "Add to Cart" and follow the steps. Pease note that
there is a colored running "step bar" on the top that tells you how far you are
from completing the transaction.

Below is the ordering process:
Step 1 - Select Phone:

If you select a phone WITH Fido service, you will be brought to Step 2.

If you select a phone WITHOUT Fido service, you will be brought to Step 3.
Step 2 - Choose Plan:

You will first go to a screen where you can select a Fido Rate-Plan.

Once you have selected the Fido Rate-Plan that best suites you, a dropdown menu
will be displayed where you can add additional features to your Fido Service.

Click "Add to Cart" to continue
Step 3 - Choose accessories:

A list of all of the compatible accessories with your phone will appear. Select
which one's you would like and press "Add to cart".
Step 4 - Review Shopping Cart:

Here you can see the items that you are going to purchase along with the option
to update.
Step 5 - Sign In / Register:

Input your email address (which will also be your username), and create a
password.

Fill in your billing information

Fill in your shipping information (if different than your billing)

Please note that if your shipping address is different from your credit card
billing address, then that shipping address must be registered with the credit
card or the shipment will be sent to the billing address only. This is a strict
policy adhered to for your protection and security.
Step 6 - Checkout:

Select how you would like your order shipped (FedEx Ground, 2nd Day or
Overnight)

Step 7 - Confirm order:

technology is available in over 90 countries worldwide. Each country operates
on a different "Band". As long as the bands available on your phone are offered
by the country you intend to use the phone in, you should have no problem. For

The answer depends on whether you purchased a Fido phone, or an Unlocked GSM
phone. If you purchase an UNLOCKED GSM phone, then your phone will work with
other GSM wireless service provided the frequency used in the country in
question is available on your phone. For a listing of different countries and

If you purchase a Fido GSM phone, then that phone will only work on Fido's
network in Canada and roam only with Fido partners internationally.

that particular number. We will try everything we can do to accommodate your
request. If you are unhappy with the number you received, you may call Fido's

changing your phone's mobile number. There may be a charge attached with that
