a2zwireless.com Warranty / Repair Policy

Fido Phones:

 

All Fido handsets have a 1 year warranty. Fido offers a 15 day satisfaction guarantee period. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your Fido phone within the first 15 days of activation, please call us at 1-866-229-1171 and we will do the necessary.

After 15 days, please call Fido Customer Service at 1-888-481-3436.

 

Unlocked GSM Phones:


All handsets are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note that unlocked GSM phones are imported from various sources all over the world and there might be geographical limitations with the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

In case of a problem, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly. Please note that the phone might need to be shipped to a foreign country for repairs as most unlocked GSM phones are not North American models.

 

The other option is to ship the phone back along with a Money Order for $75 CAD to a2zwireless.com Warranty Department.

 

A RMA number (call 1-866-229-1171 for the RMA number) and a copy of the original invoice along with a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or problem are required.

 

The $75 will cover the shipping to the repair center, back from the repair center, shipping to the customer and most repairs.

Please note that there might be additional charges involved that will be communicated before undertaking the repair.

Additional charges will be enumerated within 2 weeks of a2zwireless.com receiving the phone and most repairs will take 4-6 weeks to complete.

The warranty does not cover misuse, physical abuse, software additions or updates, liquid damage and/or normal wear and tear from use of the product. For the phones that are out of the box failures, a2zwireless.com will exchange the phone within 3 days of the delivery date.

Accessories:

All accessories have a one-year warranty. Under the one-year warranty, the defective accessory is to be shipped back to the a2zwireless.com Warranty Department at the customer's expense with a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the problem. The defective accessory will be repaired or replaced at a2zwireless’s discretion.

This warranty does not cover misuse, physical abuse, liquid damage and/or normal wear and tear from use of the product.
a2zwireless.com reserves the right to substitute such accessory with one of like quality and value.

 

Bluetooth headset repairs have to be conducted with the manufacturer directly.

a2zwireless.com reserves the right to determine whether a phone or accessory can be repaired under warranty or not.

Unlocked GSM Phones and Accessories:

a2zwireless.com tests each phone before it is shipped out but if for any reason the phone arrives in a non-working condition, it may be returned at the customer's expense, within 3 days of the delivery date, respecting all conditions described below:

 

An unlocked GSM phone or accessory cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is DOA (Dead On Arrival).

 

All sales are final- No refunds- No exceptions.


All components must be returned in a "brand-new" condition. Promotional package items cannot be returned separately. The package must be returned in its entirety.

All returns must be in the original packaging; including the original manufacturer's box inserts, documentation, warranty cards (not filled out or tampered with), manuals, all accessories, and accompanied by the original receipt. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer boxes in any manner.

Product received after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted for return. We will ship the late items back to you at your expense.

 

For all returns, customer must fill out the online RMA request or call the number below to get the RMA number. Any return that arrives without the RMA# will not be accepted by a2zwireless.com’s RMA department and will be shipped back to you at your expense. The RMA# must be posted on the outside of the main box that customer will use to ship the product back to us (not on the box of the product).
